Entrepreneurial Development

Using curriculum, materials, and training developed by Foundations for Farming, an NGO based in Zimbabwe, we train individuals in best practices for animal husbandry. This will help individuals generate enough income to build a better future for themselves and their families.

Present Plans call for:

  • Further development of a cooperative with herds of goats and an egg and poultry farm.

  • Education and training programs on best practices for animal husbandry, including feeding, breeding, and health care.

  • Monitoring and evaluating the program to ensure its effectiveness and make adjustments as needed.

  • Development of strategies for sustainability and scalability, such as partnerships with local markets.

Skill Training

  • Instructor taught courses in carpentry, masonry, and roofing

  • Resources such as tools and equipment

  • Mentoring and support from experienced volunteer instructors
